RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 3x12 hour shifts per week with 48 guaranteed hours per week
* 1 year of ICU experience preferred
* At least 2 years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Must have EPIC experience
* Limited call due to low census with option to float to ER to avoid call
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
* TNCC certification preferred
* Current RN nursing license required per state of assignment
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and caring patient care environments
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
