Job Details:

* Evening shift schedule working four 10-hour shifts per week
* Minimum two years of recent nursing experience required
* EPIC electronic health records experience required
* Current BLS certification required
* Current RN nursing license required per state of assignment
* ACLS certification required at time of hire
* BSN degree preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during designated shift
* Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process consistent with the medical plan of care
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery
* Provide care for patients of any age including neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients depending on assigned unit
* Incorporate teaching and discharge planning needs into the overall plan of care
* Delegate aspects of patient care delivery to other nursing staff based on their clinical competence and legal scope of practice
