Open Position: RN - Case Management

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2729.40

Opportunity:

Case Management

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of case management experience required; acute care hospital experience required and must be current within the last year
* First-time travelers accepted as a screen with clinical approval
* Travel experience required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* May be required to float between units based on departmental needs
* Caseload of up to 25 patients
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Free parking provided on first day; assignment parking provided during orientation
* Required skills and experience include: HMOs/IPAs, advance directives, POLST, protective services process, discharge planning, care coordination, benefits eligibility, appeals and denials, prior authorizations, DRG, CMS, HIPAA guidelines, needs assessment/DME orders, and interdisciplinary collaboration with social services
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
