Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
* 40 hours per week available
* 13-week contract
* No call requirement
* No float requirement
* No weekend requirement
* Scrubs not provided; royal blue scrubs required
* Epic charting system experience required
* GE equipment experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Required certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS
* Required work setting skills: High Risk OB, Obstetrics
* Required general ultrasound skills: Abdominal Aorta and Appendix
* Required OB/GYN skills: 1st through 3rd Trimester, Amniotic Fluid Index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, and Placenta Previa
* Required neonatal skills: Head and Heart
* Additional required skills: Outpatient, MCA and UA Dopplers, Viewpoint, and Fetal Echo
* Preferred skills include portables, liver, pancreas, pediatric abdomen/pelvis, spleen, amniocentesis, renal/pelvis, and small parts scanning
* Perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies with MFM scanning experience needed
* Perform Level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth assessments, BPP, dopplers, NT, and TV scans
* Patient population includes adolescents and adults with diagnoses such as chronic hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, growth restriction, and fetal abnormalities
* Average daily census of 50 patients across 8 rooms
* Orientation is 40 hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

This healthcare facility operates a specialized perinatal and maternal-fetal medicine unit focused on high-risk obstetric care. The unit performs all Level 2 detailed anatomies and provides comprehensive scanning services for complex pregnancies. The facility is equipped with GE ultrasound technology and utilizes Epic as its electronic health records system, supporting a high-volume outpatient environment dedicated to advanced fetal and maternal care.
