Adult RRT- Ashley River Tower

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Floating may occur to Main Hospital adult population only, with same policies, equipment, and charting requirements
* Emergency team activation as required
* Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Adult critical care experience required
* CRT will be considered
* Required certifications: NBRC RRT certification, BLS, ACLS
* South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license must be in hand at time of start
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Charting system: Epic
* Parking cost: Nights and weekends only - one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Block schedule available with prior approval, but not guaranteed
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission

Facility:

This facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center with 865 staffed beds. The Ashley River Tower campus features nearly 200 beds, including 2 ICUs, 2 step-down floors, 4 general acute care floors, and a 21-bed emergency department. The Cardiovascular ICU consists of 21 beds serving post-op cardiac, thoracic, and complex vascular surgery patients, heart and lung transplant cases, durable LVAD, temporary mechanical circulatory support, ECMO, IABP, Impella, and complex cardiology patients. The Medical-Surgical ICU consists of 18 beds serving a mix of medical and abdominal surgical patients, including ARDS, septic shock, hematologic and oncologic emergencies, GI hemorrhage, pulmonary hypertension, and perforated viscous cases.
