Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Opportunity:

Split CT/XRAY

Job Details:

* Weekend shifts Saturday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2x12-hour shifts)
* Orientation begins on Monday
* Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Must have flexibility to work either day or evening shifts during the week depending on department needs
* Required to take 5 to 6 call shifts per month with flexible scheduling accommodations available
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in ER for CT and X-ray required
* ARRT (R) certification and BLS required
* Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be explicitly documented on profile
* Must be proficient with GE CT scanner and PACS system
* Skills required include: abdomen without and/or with contrast, adult acute care, adult outpatient, cervical, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, pelvis without and/or with contrast, thoracic, isolation precautions/PPE, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, and starting peripheral IVs
* Equipment includes GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba systems

Facility:

This facility operates a busy radiology and imaging department with a daily census of approximately 30 patients. The department is supported by an interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, radiology, rapid response teams, transportation, and unit secretaries. The facility fosters a collaborative environment and offers scheduling flexibility to accommodate the needs of selected candidates.
