Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2114.40

Opportunity:

Case Manager

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Rotating weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No call responsibilities required
* Patient ratio of 1:40 Monday through Friday
* Float throughout entire hospital including Women's & Children's unit and Emergency Department
* Required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs with white jacket
* Must have Case Management experience
* Must have Midas/InterQual usage experience
* Licensed Masters degree required
* Knowledge of area resources preferred
* NATE certification preferred
* Work with laptops and cell phones
* Use MediTech and Midas EMR systems
* Conduct face-to-face interviews with patients and families
* Perform MDRs on each unit daily
* Complete InterQual reviews on every patient including observation reviews, DPEs, and discharge planning
* Must be personable and able to get along with anyone, not shy or timid

Facility:

This regional medical center serves as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing a wide range of medical services to the community. The facility maintains a typical census of 180-230 patients including Women's & Children's services. The case management department consists of 6 total case managers with both weekday and weekend coverage options. The organization follows established hospital guidelines and policies while maintaining modern technology systems to support patient care coordination and discharge planning services.
