Opportunity:

Radiology/IR Tech

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* On-call required for nights and weekends
* Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract; cancelled shifts must be the regular assigned shift length
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed
* Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
* Trauma Level I experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS
* Patients served include adults and geriatric populations
* Required skills include: Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, PACS, Sterile Technique, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Equipment Set Up, Room Circulator, Prep Access Site, Maintains Equipment and Inventory, Stocks Supplies
* Procedure experience required includes: Adrenal Angiography, Angioplasty, Embolization, Carotid Angiography, Stent Placement, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Interventions (Fistulograms/Declots), Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, TIPS, Vertebroplasty, Chemoembolization
* Special procedures experience required: Stroke, Body IR, Neuro IR
* Siemens equipment experience required
* Ultrasound experience preferred
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Rapid Response Teams
