Opportunity:

RN - OR Circulator

Job Details:

* 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
* Night and weekend call rotation required
* 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks required
* On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week on a rotating schedule with all circulators
* 3-4 weekend shifts per contract
* 1 year of circulator experience required; PACU experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* Epic experience within the last 12 months required and must be clearly documented on submission profile
* Allscripts charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Active Tennessee or compact nursing license required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred
* Serve patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* 10 operating rooms available
* Procedures include THA/TKA using Mako Robot, hysterectomy, prostatectomy, and sacrocolpopexy with Da Vinci, Dornier laser with urology, and AAA repair both planned and emergent with vascular surgeon
* Skills required include but are not limited to: robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci Xi, Mako), total joint replacement, laparoscopic assisted cases, general and ambulatory OR, orthopedic, gynecologic, gastrointestinal, and urologic robotic surgery, cardiac monitoring, infection control, fire and laser safety, and specimen handling

This facility operates a 10-room surgical suite and supports a wide range of complex procedures including robotic-assisted surgeries and vascular cases. The operating room team works collaboratively across specialties including orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and vascular surgery, utilizing advanced technology such as the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Mako Surgical System, and Dornier laser. The facility serves a diverse patient population and maintains high standards for surgical care and patient safety.
