Job Details:

* 13-week assignment in an Operating Room setting
* Trauma Level II facility with 24-hour staff coverage
* 13 operating rooms within the unit
* 3 to 6 on-call shifts per month required
* Must have experience with da Vinci Robotics
* Must have orthopedic experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Vascular experience preferred - candidates with this experience will be considered first
* Performs all surgical procedures except LVADs, transplants, and pediatric cases under 14 years of age
* EMR system: EPIC
* Required certifications: RN License and BLS
* Flexible personality a strong fit for this unit

Facility:

This facility is a full-service acute care hospital featuring a comprehensive surgical department with 13 operating rooms and a staff of 81 or more FTEs. The operating room unit operates as a Trauma Level II center with 24-hour staffing and supports a wide range of surgical procedures utilizing advanced technology including da Vinci Robotics. The facility uses EPIC as its electronic medical records system and maintains a dynamic, collaborative surgical environment.
