Job Details:
* Work 12-hour night shifts, primarily Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights with slight variation depending on need
* Weekend requirement: Sunday nights required
* Holiday requirement: Closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving night, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day; open for other holidays if shift falls on those days
* 36 hours per week guaranteed
* No on-call responsibilities required
* Perform quality diagnostic polysomnographic, titration, multiple sleep latency, and maintenance of wakefulness tests
* Record and provide relevant and accurate data to physicians for diagnostic use in the treatment of patients with sleep/wake disorders
* Utilize computerized EPIC charting system and Natus software for sleep studies
* Work in a 10 adult bed unit
* Minimum 2 years of sleep study experience required
* RPSGT certification required; CPSGT considered
* North Dakota state license required or willingness to obtain prior to start
* Registration by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists required; registration from American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) also considered
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT
* Dress code: Dark gray scrubs
* No floating to other units or departments
