Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* Work in a 54-bed Emergency Department
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Night shift team consists of 2 charge nurses, 8 RNs, and 5 paramedics
* Minimum 1.5 years of ER experience required
* 2+ years of ER experience preferred
* Meditech EHR experience preferred
* Strong prioritization and time management skills required
* Provide patient-centered care in an emergency department setting
* Must be a team player with strong collaboration skills
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs

This facility features a 54-bed Emergency Department staffed by a dedicated team of charge nurses, registered nurses, and paramedics. The department utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The unit maintains structured staffing ratios to ensure optimal patient outcomes and supports a collaborative team environment.
