* Work in both SNF and Home Health care settings
* Monday through Friday schedule with flexible shift times of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Guaranteed 32 hours per week
* No supervisory responsibilities
* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Productivity expectations: 87% for SNF and 95% for Home Health
* Therapy Supervisor is onsite
* Software used: Net Health and Home Care Home Base
* No on-call or call back responsibilities
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
