Job Details:

* 10-hour day shifts with call responsibilities
* No weekends required
* No floating to other units or departments
* Scrubs provided in Ceil Blue
* Chart using EPIC electronic health record system
* Circulate in primarily orthopedic cases including total joints with MAKO robot, arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF procedures
* Additional procedures include some general, ENT, GYN, and plastics cases
* Work in a facility with 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite handling 30-50 cases per day
* Operate and assist with MAKO robotic surgical system
* Minimum 3 years recent circulator experience required
* Strong orthopedic experience required including total joints and arthroscopy
* Robotics experience required with MAKO highly preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA)
* South Dakota or compact state RN license required
* BSN not required

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a robust surgical services department featuring 11 OR suites and 1 GI suite, performing 30 to 50 cases per day. The department specializes in orthopedic procedures including total joint replacements utilizing advanced robotic technology, as well as spine, general, ENT, GYN, and plastics cases. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic charting system and maintains a high standard of surgical care for its patient population.
