Open Position: RN - Med Surg Adult

Opportunity:

RN - Medical/Surgical

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Every other weekend and every other holiday required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Blended unit covering Medical/Surgical, Swing Bed Program, and occasional PCU level care
* Patient ratios are 1:5 for Medical/Surgical, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU depending on whether the patient is on a drip
* Assignments are balanced based on nursing workload and level of patient care
* Nurses with a Medical/Surgical background only are welcome as supervisors assist with assignments accordingly
* Required certifications: Current CPR/BLS and ACLS
* Current Illinois Registered Nurse license required
