Job Details:

* 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Daily caseload of 8-10 cases per clinician
* On-call requirement includes 2-3 weekday nights from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM (second call) and approximately one weekend every 4-5 weeks starting Friday at 7:00 PM through Monday at 6:30 AM
* First and second call rotates every 12 hours during on-call periods
* 2-hour callback minimum
* Weekend requirement is call only
* Minimum 2 years RN experience required
* Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience required - must be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including Structural
* First-time Cath Lab travelers not accepted - experience required
* Travel experience required
* Must be able to serve as circulator in the lab and perform moderate sedation, assessment, medication administration, pre and post-op care, and call
* May float within scope to meet facility needs but will more than likely remain in the Cath Lab
* Active WV or Compact license required to start assignment; pending license accepted for submission
* WV does not consider RCIS as licensed to work in the Cath Lab
* Permanent address must be 100+ miles from the facility; candidates between 75-99 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA)
* Charting system: Cerner
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available for travelers
* Minimum 2 manager and/or charge nurse references from the past 2 years required
* Previous charge experience preferred

This is a large short-term acute care facility with 838 staffed beds, operating as a Level IV Trauma Center and a major teaching hospital. The Cath Lab is supported by 10 teams, providing a well-structured and collaborative environment for clinical professionals.
