Job Details:

* Day shift position working 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* 12-hour shifts
* 36 hours guaranteed per week with opportunity to pick up additional shifts
* Overtime available
* 13-week assignment
* Every other weekend requirement
* Every other holiday requirement
* Post-acute care setting
* Current census of 42 beds
* Patient ratios vary; days are 1:21, at most 1:42
* Common diagnoses include elderly patients with multiple diagnoses
* EMR system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Orientation includes 1 day followed by up to 3 days on the floor with staff
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* No on-call or call-back available

Facility:

This post-acute care facility provides skilled nursing services to an elderly patient population with complex, multiple diagnoses. The facility maintains an active census and utilizes Point Click Care as its electronic medical records system. Staff work collaboratively to deliver quality care with structured orientation support to help new team members acclimate to the environment and patient population.
