Open Position: RAD Tech - Sonographer

Travel Sonographer

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
* Patient ratio of 10 to 12 patients per technologist per day
* Work within a Perinatal Center alongside a team of sonographers, RNs, genetic counselors, and registrars
* Perform procedures including 1st trimester scans, biophysical profiles (BPP), Dopplers, detailed fetal anatomy scans, OB complete exams, and fetal echos
* Operate equipment including E8s, E10S, and Expert 22s
* Use EMR systems Viewpoint and Expanse
* OB/GYN detailed fetal exam experience required
* Fetal echo experience preferred
* Experience in a Maternal Fetal Medicine or OB/GYN office preferred
* Flexible, customer-focused, and team-oriented personality preferred
* Scrub color requirement: Navy Blue
* Required certifications: ARDMS, OB/GYN Certification, BLS

This facility operates a Perinatal Center with two hospital centers and a team of 30 staff members, including 10 sonographers. The unit is known for its tenured staff, with seven technologists boasting 15 or more years of service, reflecting a strong culture of employee engagement and commitment to excellence. The center provides comprehensive perinatal services and is equipped with modern imaging technology to support high-quality patient care.
