Job Details:

* Day shift position with 4 10-hour shifts per week
* Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 25-30 cases per day across 8 rooms
* EP (Electrophysiology) experience is a plus
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Charting system experience required; Epic charting system used
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - must be in hand at time of submission
* Travelers may be expected to float to like units within their scope based on facility needs
* Key skills include: diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology lab procedures, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), TAVR, IABP placement/removal, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, pacemaker insertion, cardioversion, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and vascular closure systems

Facility:

This facility operates a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab with 8 procedural rooms and a daily census of 25-30 cases. The lab supports a comprehensive range of cardiac and interventional procedures, including electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and hybrid OR capabilities. The team provides care across a broad patient population and maintains robust specialty support to deliver advanced cardiovascular services.
