RRT - Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position with weekends and holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope to meet facility needs or between like units is required
* Block scheduling is not available
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Must be comfortable working with both adults and children in ICU settings
* Must be comfortable working with pediatric and adult patients
* Scrub color: Solid black or black and white
* Charting system: Epic
* Must pass Advanced EKG exam as part of compliance
* Guaranteed hours based on contracted shifts with a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment; once met, all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed
* Maximum of 4 days of RTO allowed; only 1 holiday may be approved no holiday RTO will be accepted
* All call-outs for scheduled shifts will require a makeup shift as deemed necessary by the department
* At least 1 supervisor reference required with submission
* Must provide interview availability upon submission

Facility:

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center with teaching hospital designation. With 733 total staffed beds, the facility provides a wide range of medical services and supports a high-acuity patient population including pediatric and adult ICU patients. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and maintains high standards for clinical staff across all departments.
