RN - Surgery

Job Details:

* Work in a surgical unit with 10 operating rooms and a Cysto room
* Day shift position with night shift on-call only
* 1:1 patient ratio
* On-call required 2 weeks out of the month
* EMR system: Expanse
* Scrub color: Royal Blue for RNs
* Minimum 3 years of recent cardiovascular surgery experience required
* On and off pump CABG experience required
* Vascular surgery experience preferred
* CV OR experience preferred
* Perform procedures including off pump CABG, on pump CABG, vascular bypass, carotid endarterectomy, and PPM revision
* Required certifications: RN, ACLS, BLS, PALS

This facility is a full-service hospital located on the first floor of the main building, featuring a well-staffed surgical department with a dedicated team including a director, manager, charge nurse, circulators, surgical techs, nurse techs, and anesthesia techs. The surgical unit is equipped with modern technology and supports a wide range of complex cardiovascular and vascular procedures, maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
