Job Details:

* Work variable 8-hour or 12-hour night shifts
* Every other weekend requirement with holiday coverage as needed
* No on-call or call back responsibilities
* Patient ratio of 1:15
* Care setting is Post Acute/Long-Term Care with primary geriatric patient population
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* BSN not required
* Location-specific orientation requires arriving 1 hour before shift for building orientation with shadowing when possible
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* 2 weeks notice required for cancellations

This post-acute care facility operates a 58-bed long-term care unit dedicated to providing quality care for geriatric patients. The facility utilizes Point Click Care as its electronic medical records system and maintains a structured patient ratio to ensure attentive, individualized care. Staff are supported with an orientation process designed to help new team members acclimate to the facility's workflows and patient population.
