Opportunity:
Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Details:
* 1:1 patient caseload with 10-12 patients per day
* Work across outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and cross-train for hospital acute care settings
* Treat patients ranging from newborn to geriatric age groups
* Work with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, speech and developmental delays, expressive/receptive speech language disorders, sensory disorders, feeding/food aversions, TBI, CVA, Parkinson's, Bell's Palsy, and Di George's Syndrome
* Perform modified barium swallow studies in both inpatient and outpatient settings
* Conduct bedside swallow evaluations for inpatient care
* Utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and transportation
* Block scheduling type
* Meditech charting system experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
* Oklahoma state license or compact license required
* BLS certification for healthcare providers required
* Travel candidates only; local candidates within 45-mile radius not considered
* Travel pairs allowed
