Job Details:

* Work in a 19-bed emergency department with a 4:1 or 5:1 patient ratio
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 1 triage nurse, 4 bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 tech
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 1 triage nurse, 4 bedside RNs, 1 HUC, and 1 tech
* Rotate weekends with no on-call requirements
* No floating to other units required
* Perform procedures including tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care
* Work with Philips equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC
* Dress code: Royal blue scrubs

This facility is a full-service hospital offering comprehensive emergency care services across a 19-bed emergency department. The unit is equipped with Philips technology and utilizes Meditech for electronic medical records, supporting a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality patient care. The emergency department handles a wide range of critical and acute cases, including stroke care, cardiac events, and trauma, with a strong emphasis on positive culture and teamwork.
