Opportunity:

Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

* 2-2-3 matrix schedule including every other weekend
* 1 night of call per week required
* 1 weekend of call approximately every 5th to 6th weekend
* Work on the 2nd floor of the Radiology unit in a 320-bed facility
* Day shift staffed with 5 technologists and night shift staffed with 2 technologists
* Perform high volume, high acuity comprehensive fixed and portable radiography and fluoroscopy
* High surgical volume environment serving inpatient and outpatient populations from neonate to geriatric
* Trauma Radiography experience (Trauma II) and Ortho-trauma experience required
* OR experience including Neuro, Ortho trauma, and General surgery preferred
* C-Arm experience required with GE, OEC, Philips, or O-Arm equipment
* Comprehensive diagnostic fluoroscopy experience required
* EMR systems include Meditech HIS/RIS, McKesson PACS, and AGFA CR
* Equipment used is GE
* Scrub color: Burgundy (transitioning to Hunter Green)
* Holidays within the term of contract are required to be worked
* Staff may be required to work alternate shifts and/or alternate departments including off-campus satellite facilities as necessary

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a 320-bed hospital offering comprehensive radiology services including high volume fixed and portable radiography and fluoroscopy. The facility maintains a high surgical volume and serves a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatric patients. The radiology department is equipped with modern GE technology and utilizes industry-standard EMR systems to support a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
