Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Opportunity:

IR Vascular OR Technologist

Job Details:

* 3x12 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* 13-week contract
* Call required once a week and every fourth weekend
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Perform endovascular and open vascular cases in a hybrid operating room setting
* Perform peripheral vascular work and other endovascular procedures including EVAR, TEVAR, declot, and TCAR
* Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Utilize unit systems including Epic, PACS, SBAR, and Pyxis
* Operate special equipment including Siemens, Shockwave, and IVUS
* Scrubs are provided
* 36 hours of orientation provided based on experience
* Contract staff may be assigned to a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to report to work during catastrophic events, mass casualty incidents, or disasters
* ARRT R certification required (ARRT VI preferred)
* BLS certification required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic experience preferred

Facility:

This facility operates a hybrid operating room environment with a specialized focus on interventional radiology and vascular surgical procedures. The unit supports a range of complex endovascular and open vascular cases and is equipped with advanced imaging and interventional technology. Interdisciplinary support services include physical therapy, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
