Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 36 or 48 hours per week
* Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience required
* EPIC electronic health record experience required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM), TEAM-A, or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
* Current RN licensure in state of practice required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, healing, and patient-centered care
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members as appropriate
