Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule
* 5 years of experience preferred
* Travel experience required
* IR experience with single-plane Siemens suite required
* Must be able to independently run the department with minimal support
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R
* Charting system experience required; Epic experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Skills required include but are not limited to: angioplasty, embolization, fluoroscopy, stent placement, PICC line care and maintenance, nephrostomy, thoracentesis, paracentesis, inferior vena cava (IVC) filter placement and removal, central venous access, dialysis graft interventions, uterine arterial embolization, upper and lower extremity angiography, liver biopsy, chest tube placement, vascular closure systems, and sterile technique
* 50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates
* One pre-approved time off request allowed

This healthcare facility operates a single-plane Siemens suite and has plans to upgrade in 2027 to a biplane suite along with a newer single-plane room as it expands its vascular and neuro capabilities. The department is seeking an experienced professional who can provide immediate support and work independently alongside a newer technologist currently on staff.
