Opportunity:

Labor & Delivery RN

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour day shifts per week
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
* Charting system experience required
* Care for patients in a high-volume facility delivering 200-300 births per month
* Provide Labor & Delivery and High Risk Antepartum care
* Perform triage of obstetrical patients
* Utilize IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration
* Maintain central lines including CVC and PICC lines
* Administer anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, insulin drips, and Magnesium Sulfate therapy
* Assist with high-risk deliveries
* Circulate and recover C-section patients
* Perform sterile vaginal exams
* Follow isolation precautions and proper PPE protocols
* Unit accepts first-time travelers
