Opportunity:

RN - Diabetes Clinic

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
* No weekend or holiday shifts required
* Provide specialized nursing care involving consultation, assessment, and evaluation of diabetes-related services to individuals, families, and communities
* Work within both the Diabetes Clinic and Primary Care Clinic settings
* Apply strong critical thinking and triage skills including knowledge of ESI (Emergency Severity Index)
* Clinic experience is mandatory
* Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the specialty required
* Required licenses and certifications: Active Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association BLS/ACLS, and current Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification obtained within the last 3 years
