Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* Work weekend shifts in a Level III NICU on the 2nd Floor of the Main Hospital
* 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
* No on-call requirements
* Self-scheduling with floating as needed
* Patient ratio of 2:3
* Able to attend deliveries including C-sections required
* Minimum 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience required
* Level III NICU experience required
* Experience with BCPAP and HFNC equipment required
* Meditech and CPN documentation systems used; Meditech experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP
* Active TX RN License required; temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Dress code: Royal blue and/or white scrubs
* No artificial nails, gel, or next gen nails permitted; nails must be clean and healthy
* Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
* Team player attitude preferred

This facility features a Level III NICU providing specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns. The unit operates with a low patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure high-quality, individualized care and is equipped with advanced respiratory support technology. The facility utilizes modern documentation systems and supports a collaborative, team-oriented environment for nursing staff.
