Opportunity:

RN - Emergency Department

Job Details:

* Evening shift with start times of 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 4:00 PM
* 36 or 48-hour weekly shift options available
* EPIC experience required
* Holiday RTO will not be approved
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans to attain patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care delivery
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
* Current nursing license in state of assignment required
