Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* 3 call shifts required within every 2-week period
* Call shift hours: Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Weekend call required every 6 weeks, covering Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
* No scrub required
* 3 rooms with an average daily census of 15 patients
* Patients include adults and geriatrics
* Work in a cardiac intervention radiology room with structural heart
* Minimum 3 years of experience required (hard stop)
* Epic charting system experience required
* Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities
* Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS, Fluoro Permit, CA CRRT State License, BLS
* California CLS license must be in hand at time of submission (hard stop)
* Required skills include: angioplasty, aortography, cardiac stent placement, carotid angiography, carotid stenting, central venous access, chest tube placement, diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, embolization, endovascular interventions, fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, IVC filter placement and removal, left and right heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), PTCA, permanent pacemaker insertion, PICC line care and maintenance, rotablator atherectomy, sterile technique, TAVR, TIPS, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, and vascular closure systems

This facility specializes in cardiac intervention radiology and structural heart procedures, offering a comprehensive range of interventional and diagnostic services. The unit operates across 3 rooms and maintains an average daily census of 15 patients. Interdisciplinary support is available through IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and additional ancillary services, ensuring a well-rounded and collaborative care environment.
