OT - Occupational Therapy

Job Details:

* 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
* Prior inpatient or outpatient therapy experience preferred
* Active OT license to work in Louisiana or compact state required
* NBCOT certification required
* BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, with at least one from a supervisor
