Open Position: Sleep Tech - Polysomnographer

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour overnight shifts, 3 nights per week
* Guaranteed 40 hours per week
* No weekends or holidays required
* Perform sleep studies and administer treatments for patients with sleep disorders including CPAP, oxygen therapy, and Bilevel
* Utilize Natus Xltek sleep testing equipment, Resmed PAP machines, and EPIC One Chart EMR
* Work in a 4-bed sleep lab with a 1 technologist to 2 patients ratio
* Minimum of two years of related work experience in the Sleep Disorders field preferred
* Pediatric experience required
* Dress code: Gray scrubs
* North Dakota Respiratory Care License required
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT
* Charting system: EPIC
* Trauma Level 2, Acute Care setting

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a dedicated sleep center with specialized equipment and a structured orientation program. The sleep lab features four sleep beds and follows a 1 technologist to 2 patients ratio to ensure quality patient care. The facility utilizes EPIC One Chart EMR and provides a comprehensive orientation process, including training with day sleep technologists and hands-on experience with sleep and EEG software before independent practice.
