Opportunity:
Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)
Job Details:
* Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled within a Friday through Monday window
* Shifts can be scheduled in any combination of days between Friday and Monday
* Weekend availability required dependent upon the established workday schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
* May include other duties to assist with operations within the ED/Urgent Care
* Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Perform CT and X-Ray imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, and soft tissue neck procedures with and/or without contrast
* Perform vascular chest imaging (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta) and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
* Perform 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
* Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region of interest measurement (ROI)
* Prepare and/or administer contrast media
* Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
* Follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols
* Adhere to radiation safety standards; radiation badge must be provided by agency
* Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
* Scrub color: Black and Teal
* Parking is free with pass distributed at start
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), SCRQSA (CT) (R)
* Locals accepted on a case-by-case basis; local radius is 60 miles
* All requested time off must be submitted at the time of submission
