Open Position: RN - LTC

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3622.40

Opportunity:

Director of Nursing - 8hr days (mostly) - Gundersen Tweeten - Spring Grove, MN

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts, primarily 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility required to assist on other shifts
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* 13-week contract
* On-call required, rotating call with other lead nurses
* Weekend rotation as needed
* Holiday rotation as needed
* Required to help out on the floor as needed
* Current patient ratios: Days 1:20, PM/Nights 1:38
* 38-bed unit providing short-term and long-term care
* Primary case type: Long-Term Care (LTC)
* EMR: Matrix preferred
* Previous Manager, Lead, or DON experience strongly preferred
* Minimum 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience with at least 2 years in a LTC nursing facility desired
* Required license: MN RN license (must be current and active)
* Required certification: AHA BLS
* Required education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Casual dress code required
* Billing period: Monday through Sunday
