Opportunity:

Mammography Tech

Job Details:

* Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* No floating between units
* Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms, breast biopsies, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsies
* Conduct digital quality assurance procedures and radiation safety protocols
* Operate Hologic equipment including Hologic 3D, Hologic Affirm BX, and Trident systems; familiarity with Hologic equipment required
* Biopsy experience preferred but not required
* 3D mammography experience preferred
* Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
* Charting completed in Epic (experience preferred)
* Scrub color: any color
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT (R), Mammography-ARRT, BLS, Oregon state license
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility operates 418 staffed beds and offers a comprehensive range of medical services across multiple specialties. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and radiology. The mammography department is equipped with advanced imaging technology and supports a variety of specialized breast care procedures within a well-resourced clinical environment.
