Job Details:

* Weekend shifts required
* 5 years of experience required
* BSN required
* Epic charting system experience required
* InterQual documentation experience required
* SBAR communication skills required
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Required certifications: BLS, BSN, State License
* California license must be in hand upon submission, no pending licenses accepted
* Required skills and experience include:
- Acute Hospital and Long Term Acute Care/Rehab/Skilled Nursing
- Admission Criteria and Care Coordination
- Discharge Planning
- Utilize InterQual Criteria and Milliman Guidelines
- UR Admission Criteria, Appeals and Denials, Concurrent Review, Continued Stay Reviews, Medical Necessity, and Retrospective Review
- CMS, CPT Coding and Billing, Department of Health, DRG, HEDIS Measures
- HIPAA Guidelines, ICD-10 Coding, NCQA, OSHA
- The Joint Commission/Core Measure/National Safety Goals
- Workers Compensation
