Opportunity:
CT/XRAY Tech
Job Details:
* Block schedule required Monday through Thursday
* Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM with a 30-minute lunch break at approximately 11:30 PM
* No on-call required
* No weekends required
* 48-hour weeks approved
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Perform both CT and X-ray imaging; after midnight, tech will be the only one on shift performing both CT and X-rays
* Serve patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Daily census of approximately 50 patients with 55 visits per day
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrub color: Any color accepted
* No parking fee
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
* Required skills include: CT and X-ray procedures, multiplanar reconstruction, 3D rendering, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, musculoskeletal trauma imaging, vascular CTA, and PACS
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, to be provided during compliance process and prior to start
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides interpretation services as interdisciplinary support.
