Job Details:

* 4x10 shift schedule with rotating day off
* Call required on a rotating basis
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Unit accepts first-time travelers
* Epic charting system experience required
* BLS certification required
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Facility operates 15 rooms with approximately 36 visits per day
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
* Required procedural skills include but are not limited to: general OR, ambulatory OR, ortho/spine, total joint replacement, laparoscopic assisted cases, craniotomy, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, colonoscopy, colon resection, hernia repair, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, nephrectomy, arthroscopy, closed and open reduction of fractures, cystoscopy, EGD, bronchoscopy, thyroidectomy, prostatectomy, Whipple, gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, hysterectomy, and additional vascular and thoracic procedures
