RN - OR (Pediatric)

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts with variable start times of 6:45 AM, 8:45 AM, or 10:45 AM based on department need
* Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekends required
* 1 to 6 weekend shifts per contract
* Variable shifts may rotate by week based on department need
* Ability to float to other UCSF campuses and may be reassigned to a different department, unit, or facility
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Pediatric General OR experience required
* Ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, Pediatric CVOR, and Trauma experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Charting system experience required; Epic charting system
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Services include neurology, ortho/spine, otolaryngology, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, dental, cardiac, general surgery, GI, and hematology/oncology
* Required certifications: CA RN License, BSN, BLS, PALS
* CNOR certification preferred
* 2 references from most recent employer required
