Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Job Details:

* Provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures
* Manage daily operations of the sonography room and patient schedule
* Perform equipment maintenance and report equipment failures as needed
* Oversee quality assessment processes within the department
* Maintain high standards of medical ethics and stay current with evolving procedures and disease knowledge
* Active ARDMS certification required in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular specialties
* Breast certification preferred
* Adult Echocardiography certification preferred
* Must be a graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology program
* Current compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Quick start position
