Opportunity:
Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient
Job Details:
* 1:1 patient caseload with 10-12 patients per day
* Work across outpatient pediatric and adult settings with cross-training opportunities in acute care hospital settings
* Treat patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics
* Work with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech and language delays, expressive/receptive speech language disorders, sensory disorders, feeding and food aversions, TBI, CVA, Parkinson's, Bell's Palsy, Di George's Syndrome, and swallowing dysfunctions
* Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies in both inpatient and outpatient settings
* Conduct Bedside Swallow Evaluations for inpatient care
* Work with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
* Block scheduling type
* Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Interpretation Services
* Meditech charting system experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
* Oklahoma state license or compact license required
* BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required
