Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (X-Ray & CT) - Hybrid Role (Dual Location)

Job Details:

* Work a Friday through Sunday schedule consisting of 2 day shifts and 1 night shift
* Friday shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM at main campus
* Saturday shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM at BBMP location
* Sunday shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM at BBMP location
* On-call rotation required among staff at BBMP location only; if shifts are not filled when on call, weekend work may be required
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Perform CT scan and radiographic exams, producing computerized tomographic scans and diagnostic radiographs of designated anatomical areas
* Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient concerns
* Work with adult acute care patients and PACS system
* Charting performed in Epic
* Scrub color required: black pants and teal top
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist and Computed Tomography required
* Must have satisfactorily completed an AMA approved school of radiological technology
* Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association
* Required certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), SCRQSA (R)(CT), BLS (AHA), CPR
* First-time travelers accepted
* Locals within 60-mile radius accepted on a case-by-case basis

Facility:

This healthcare system includes an acute care hospital as well as a free-standing emergency room featuring an X-ray room, portable X-ray, and CT capabilities. The free-standing ER operates with 11 beds and staffs one multimodality technologist per 12-hour shift. The organization utilizes Epic for charting and offers no-cost parking for staff. The facility maintains high standards for patient care across both locations.
