Job Details:
* Minimum 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel
* Travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
* Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
* Hard stop requirements: must have Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedic experience
* Weekend schedule is variable and will be discussed during interview
* Call schedule is variable and will be discussed during interview
* Floating required within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
* Patient ratio is 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Maximum of 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
* No holiday RTO will be approved; blackout dates are November 23?29 and December 21?January 3
* 36 orientation hours required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
* Required skills include but are not limited to: Craniotomy, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, ALIF, XLIF, Total Joint Replacement, Organ Donation, Transplant (solid organ), Cholecystectomy, Colon Resection, Whipple, Thyroidectomy, Laparoscopic Assisted Procedures, GYN procedures, and Orthopedic procedures

The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretaries. The organization maintains high clinical standards and conducts thorough clinical screening to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the patient population.
